Re: Placenta Encapsulation

Hi! I also have a Nesco dehydrator, and I'm new in this! At what temperature and how many hours you dehydrate the placenta??? Thanks a lot!

Depends on the method you use, raw or TCM.

Re: Placenta Encapsulation

Just wanted to update this thread with the info of DIY encapsulation kits available in my etsy shop, they are suited for those that can't locate an encapsulator or prefer to do it themselves

Re: Placenta Encapsulation

So thankful to see this as we are planning on doing this for our little one coming soon... due in a couple weeks. We didn't do it with our first and I had delayed PPD/PPA and wished I had done it.

I'm curious if you have more info on the herbs to add to it - I have heard of the ones listed in the OP but just not sure which ones I want to add to mine.... Can anybody weigh in on this?

THANKS!

You don't have to add any herbs, the placenta alone is very powerful medicine. If you decide to make sure you have taken them prior to adding them to the placenta so you are aware of any adverse reactions. You can also take a separate herbal supplement if needed.
