Perhaps putting the pictures into links would be a nice way for the more weak at heart people like me to still be able to read your info without freaking out.

LOL, which pictures specifically don't you like? I'll remove some.

Maybe just put the pics at the bottom of the post (like add a bit more space) and mention in the subject that there are pics. I, personally, don't think that we should be so grossed out about something that helps give our babies life for so long. But I know some people have a weak stomach regardless...but I still don't think you should have to remove the pics or anything.
