Fav. shopping cart cover?

DS is breaking my back with the mei-tai while shopping and he's sitting up well enough that I think we need a shopping cart cover (shopping carts are just gross, IMO, but something's gotta give). I want one of those "fuller" ones rather than the rinky-dink kind.

Do you all use one and what kind do you use? If you bought one, how much did it cost?

I'd love to go the WAHM route--but financially should only be trading now. My mom could make me one, but with how busy she is, if I could get a quality one for around $20 from someone else, it would be more prudent than the time it would take her.

Re: Fav. shopping cart cover?

http://www.buggybagg.net/ I have this one and LOOOOOOOVE it! We don't use it much, we usually use the mei tai, but when we do use it it is great! It's pretty pricey, but has all the features I wanted - separate buckles so you don't have to use the icky store ones, toy loops, pockets, storage area in the back for diapers wipes, wallets etc, the attached pillow is super handy for little ones just learning to sit. I'm not sure if they are still wahm made butIdo know they were originally designed by a grandmother for her grandchild.

I did some research before I bought mine and the cheapest place I found was http://www.brandsplace.com/0202-bagg.html

ours isn't a WAHM product, but I love it. Its the Eddie Bauer one from Target...blue with stripes. It fits most carts well...

I like how this one still has seperate buckles (but that isn't mandatory with me... DS doesn't pay attention to "restraints" yet) and how it has loops for toys... and the price!

Re: Fav. shopping cart cover?

We got one from a seller on Ebay that I totally love. It's really poofy and my DD looks all comfy in it. It also had separate straps to hold your DC in, and it has a pillow and loops for toys and a tote bag to carry it in too. It costs more that $20 but I think it's super. Here's the link if I did it correctly..

Be Germ Free Shopping Cart Covers

We got the pink plumeria one for DD.

We have a Floppy Seat, from BRU/TRU - it was $39.99 and we love it - even fits the big carts at Sam's Club or BJ's.

Re: Fav. shopping cart cover?

I got mine from wittymomma here on DS. It's a custom reversable with a separate seat belt, a cuddle belt (great for babies that don't are still wobbly when sitting, or toddlers that like to stand), a matching pillow, and a bag to carry it in. Oh, and it has a pocket on each side of the cover for a cup, toys. And it has loops on the top to put toys on. It was about $35 I think. Excellent quality!!

Re: Fav. shopping cart cover?

We got a custom one from babyalacart.com and it is great. We get lots of positive comments on it in stores. They are significantly more than $20 but it covers the entire surface around baby, has pockets, toy loops, own strap and buckle, made by a WAHM, plus I got to pick the fabric.
