lowfat pie crust recipe??

is there such a thing? my dh is overweight and has always had a hard time with this, I want to find more lowfat recipes

The only thing I can think of is the gramcracker and vanilla wafer crusts (not much help if you wanna make an apple pie ) Other than that, I can't think of a thing that tastes good but I did find this: http://www.vegfamily.com/vegan-recip...-pie-crust.htm

Don't know how it tastes but it could be worth a try.
