Surprisingly good chicken sandwich fill

Let me preface this to say that I cooked some chicken one morning to make chicken salad sandwiches that evening, during the heatwave recently, only to discover I wasn't going to have enough chicken.....mind you we have a big family even with the oldest boy gone at the time, 9 mouths to feed. WELL, my dear dear husband comes to the rescue! My former full time single parent husband had a solution that I thought was nuts until I tried it! If you ever need to stretch out that chicken for a sandwich, cook up a pack chicken flavored ramen noodles and add it in with the chicken, mayo/salad dressing, diced green onions, bit of garlic and onion powder to flavor, and PRESTO! Awesome chicken salad sandwich filling!! The kids ask for it now on a regular basis now that we're doing weekly meal planning. Anyway, tho't I'd share that one with you ladies

Do you use the whole packet of ramen seasoning? It seems like it would make it salty. That's a great idea though, thanks!
