Picky eater
My son is 19 months and still mostly breastfeeds. He eats breakfast, lunch and some dinner. I am looking for healthy snack ideas. It's my fault I have introduced him to cheetos, he LOVES them. He only wants to eat chips for snacks. He will only eat watermelon and that is the only fruit. No raw veggies at all. Nothing steamed either. Any ideas for recipes or healthy snacks would be great!!
Thanks! Holly

Re: Picky eater
Since he likes cheese flavoring, maybe try cheese covered veggies and gradually decrease the cheese over time.
As for fruit perhaps try some other melons or really juicy peaches. |

Re: Picky eater
bananas are nice and mushy. maybe crush up some graham crackers and roll the banana in the crumbs so its easier to pick up. It will be yummy too!
