my girls were 16 lbs, 4 oz at their 6 month appointment, and i believe 24.5 and 25 inches

At our recent ped. visit Brintson was 17.5 lbs and 29 inches long. They said he was right on target... He was 7 months then.

I think Emma's fine.. No worries. Oh I just checked the growth thing they gave me at the ped's office.. Emma is in the 52nd percentile according to this chart.

She's bigger than all my girls were at 6months.

Tirza was 6lbs 11oz at birth(5 days early), at 6months she was 13lbs 9oz & 25" She is 8 and just hit 50lbs

Asha was 6lbs 11oz at birth(on edd), at 6months she was 16lbs, not sure on height. She is almost 6 and 38-39lbs

Nadia was 6lbs 5oz at birth(2 weeks overdue), at 6months she was 12lb 10oz & 23 3/4". She is almost 5 and 35ish lbs.

I didn't read the replies, but I wanted to tell you that your baby girl's weight sounds fine. My girls just saw the pedi on Wednesday, they are 10 1/2 months old, They weighed 16 lbs 2 oz (5th %) and 17 lbs 14 oz (50th %) and both were 28 1/4 inches (75%) So I am sure you're little girl is just fine at 17 lbs at 6 months!!! Oh, and my girls were 5 lbs 6, and 5 lbs 7 oz at birth!
