?? Yeast infection in toddler??

My 3 yo DD was saying tonight that "her bottom hurts" I noticed that she is a little red around the vaginal area, didn't notice any discharge or anything.

Could she have a yeast infection or just not wiping well? She is potty trained except at night time she wears a diaper/

Probably just irritated. You might start her on some probiotics anyways though. They wouldn't hurt anything. Maybe let her have a soap free bath and get some nakey time.

My DDs get a little red once in awhile and I usually just chalk it up to not wiping well enough. I use a little balmex and that's usually the end of it.
