YEP! I use all that and I have Avast for virus protection... I haven't had any problems and I don't see ads - the no scripts messes with the multi-quote and the smilies, but its a small price to pay IMO!

Re: Trojan attack, hello? Why won't ya'll fix this?

this is the second time in 24 hours I've gotten attacked by this pop up. I use firefox with adblock, AVG, spybot and another spyware program and I'm still getting it. It may be the very reason my $2500 computer is currently a paperweight. I can SEE where it's coming from, I'm not stupid. Fix it or MORE women will leave this site, myself included.

I really don't wanna leave... but will if I have to. As a pp said, this is my "I should really be working on something else but come here" time...

I don't know how many times I've been gotten by this in the last few weeks, but it's getting more frequent lately. I've got Mozilla with popup blocker, Adaware, Spyware, and the gimundo Norton Internet Security with Antivirus and Phishing Protection, and it's still happening...

*knocking on wood* But I've never ever had this problem, not once. I have had norton for a little bit, then nothing for a little bit and now I have mcafee.

You have to allow the pages in your options.

It's hard to generate ad revenue with no target audience.

It seems that users using avast have no problems?

Re: Trojan attack, hello? Why won't ya'll fix this?

I think its the combo of avast with firefox and all the add-ons. I still haven't seen anything. I have adblock and pretty much had to block diaperswappers.com to not see ANY ads - and that's where these viruses/trojans seem to keep coming from. I also have no scripts and my firewall is up. It does mess with some settings but I'd rather deal with that than reformat my laptop AGAIN.
