I totally understand why you posted. I didn't think you were questioning their CS. What I was hoping to get across was that if you think there is a problem always go to the retailer or the manufactrer first. You may be surprised.
I myself am super picky. I am the type of person who will return something at the drop of the hat. I hope that I can treat my customers the way that I want to be treated and sometimes we can't if they don't give us the chance.
Hope that makes more sense.
