CHICORY ROOT WHILE BREASTFEEDING
so i bought some fiber one bars yesterday and started eating one and looked at the ingredients. i looked up chicory root while bf and only found info for pregnancy and that you shouldn't have it while pg. even kellymom doesn't say anything about it. just curious on thoughts. my dd is 2 1/2yo but still nurses frequently. the only thing i figured is her tummy might hurt but she struggles with constipation so maybe that little bit in my milk would actually benefit her. thanks!
