How long til breasmilk goes bad?

I'm pumping round the clock right now to increase my supply and while my LO is getting breastmilk the majority of the time he is getting formula 1-3 times per day. I have it in my head that once a bottle is taken from the fridge or made with formula I have an hour to use it before it goes bad, thanks to formula feeding in the hospital. With the breastmilk I give him 2 hours to finish it before throwing it away (I hate throwing away breastmilk as it's so hard to get it!).

I haven't been able to freeze any BM yet so I keep everything in the fridge. I usually have 4-9 bottles at one time and I don't think I've ever had a bottle stay in there more than 2 days. So my questions are:

How long can I keep BM in the fridge?
If I heat a bottle of BM, how long can I keep it at room temp before it goes bad?
If I feed him a bottle of BM straight from the fridge how long can I keep it at room temp?

Breastmilk keeps for approx 5 hours at room temp, approx 5 days in fridge.

And if my LO doesn't finish her bottle in one sitting, my caregiver will put it back in the fridge for later. She will heat it up twice before throwing it out.

Are you putting LO to the breast at all?? This will increase your supply WAY faster than pumping alone...

I'm trying but he refuses to latch on.
