am i allowed to...?

i searched the stickies on how to do things and what not to do, etc....but i can't figure out if what i want to do fits in as something that is allowed or not allowed:


i want to post on the lotto or FFS section that i have available envelopes of items that i want people to post their interest for(or PM me) and i would mail them 100% for free!
they are just letter size envelopes full of random stuff....greeting cards...stickers...etc...little items of interest.
but i would post specifics on where i will mail(Canada and USA only) but i want to do it for free. no shipping costs. besides, all it will cost me is a few stamps...none of the envelopes are heavy.

am i allowed to post something that is 100% FREE?

and if so, can i do it like a "lotto" style?....where i get people to post their interest in which envelope and i will do a draw at a later date??

I believe it is allowed in the FFS forum, I've seen others like this.

yes you can post in either the ffs or the lotto area in ffs, either is fine.
