I'm glad the baby is still cooking! I'm not much further along then you, I'm due on the 26th and on bedrest also as of 26 weeks. I'm not on strict bed only rest though, but pretty darn close. I can just get up for small amounts of time to cook dinner or go to the bathroom. But I didn't have as severe as an issue as you. It's one of my huge huge fears is winding up in the hospital for it because I have 3 kids at home. It's hard enough being on bedrest AT HOME with them and the fact our stupid L&D doesn't even allow kids in the room till after post partum (then only siblings) I'd basically be up there all alone the rest of the time and I can't imagine being away from them and my husband that long! So I can only imagine how you feel right now.
You're right, the survival rate is very very high. If I remember right it was something like 95% at 29 weeks then 30 weeks was 98%. It's something really high up there, don't remember exacts but I had looked it up when we were worried about me. Then once you hit 34 weeks you run less of a chance of something going wrong with the baby and being in NICU. So hopefully you can push to at least there and it be even better!
But right now I definatly wouldn't worrie about survival, just worrie about rest and baking the baby longer. No stressing because you should be good, even more so being in their care full time.

Also when I was in preterm at 26 weeks here there was a lady who had to be delivered at 29 weeks via c section due to pre e and her and her baby was doing well so that might give you a peace of mind too!

Thank you all for the support! Nothing has really changed, but we did see the specialist for a sonogram this morning and everything looked good there. They couldn't see the cause of the bleed, so by ruling everything else out they are assuming that I have a small placental abruption. Good news though, our little girl measured in at 4lbs this morning! Granted that's + or - 11oz, but it still sounds great to me!

I believe she had been on bed rest and wanted to go to walmart to get some shopping done before the baby came. And she had a huge pain. And the placenta tore from the wall. If anyone remembers that please fill in any gaps. Because it was a while ago. But just hang in there you caught it so everything should be great!
She was in the april 09 due date club, it was very sad. Her baby did die and I believe she had to have a hysterectomy as well, I belive.

Take care of yourself, mama. It is amazing what technology can do now!
