Last week Lirael's sleep had regressed from 1 4hour period then once an hour till time to get up, to constantly switching sides with occasional 20 min naps. So I was completely sleep deprived by friday. We accidently gave her too much Zantac on saturday(.6 instead of .4) and thus discovered the problem was that her old dose was too small. So with more sleep in me I started to get read for work this morning and discovered that on friday, I forgot to pull her milk out of the cooler and put it in the fridge. So now I have to throw out a whole days worth of pumping and use up my entire stash of frozen milk to feed her today.

Oh that sucks! I hate having to pour out spoiled milk...
It happens though, especially when you're sleep deprived. Thank goodness you had some frozen banked!
