How can I get in on this??? Sounds like such fun!!!

BTW...still no curtains or hairbows made. All 4 kids are home with me - no school today - we're going to visit grandma instead!

I haven't started anything today either, I had a dental appt. today and tomorrow i'll need to go get and get some stuff done, but I should be able to at least get my fabric washed and hung to dry and then pressed and ready to cut out.

Re: a november craft-along thread!

OK. After the last craft-a-day thread got so long, I like your idea of a monthly one karabeth.
I only sew (unless you count the 12 or so rows of knitting I taught myself to do while following the last thread karabeth started!) but I have a million projects to finish and at least a million I want to do.

Short list:
-finish NB fleece pants/embellished onesie, matching shoes and hat (to go with finished blanket) for a baby shower next Tuesday
-another of same baby shower gift with different print for Dec
-gdiaper cloth inserts
-sling for another friend having a baby
-chef's hat for DD for Christmas
-clutch ball for DS for Christmas
-pj pants for DH for Christmas
-finish 12 chalkboard mats (sewing on the bias tape and a ribbon closure)
-doll carrier for DD for Christmas *maybe*
-something else for DS (who will be 6 months) for Christmas if I do the above
-matching winter or Christmas outfit for DD and DS

None of these jobs SHOULD take long but the kids have been so sick for a week that I've done nothing, and even when they are healthy, I seem to only have a few minutes here and there so everything takes longer than it should!

Re: a november craft-along thread!

Oh my that dress is sooo cute!

I would like to join in. I always have some sort of project in need of finishing.

Right now I have two diapers cut out and need to be sewn up for my youngest...hopefully before he outgrows them!
