Here's a list to go by on what's safe and not safe.

The best one I've found is California Baby, also at Target. http://www.target.com/California-Bab...i_detailbutton

I have some weleda products and the calendula diaper ointment contains zinc, so i would not use that on my cds. i use baby bottom better and herbal healer and love them!

I really really love Wedela diaper cream and have used it with my cloth diapers for three straight years. That said, it can stain a bit because of the zinc oxide. It doesn't really bother me and I like the cream so much that I don't stress about it. You could always use a liner just in case.

I've used Weleda diaper cream on my CDs without problems. I really like it and it smells yummy. However for my very sensitive baby's skin, prone to yeast rashes, I like California baby best. It has an antifungal in it. But, like Weleda, it does contain zinc.
