Help! Snaps coming off Stacinator!

Oh Man! I can't believe this; I love these covers. I just noticed my Stacinator day/night stretch cover is weakening around the snaps on the front of the cover. One of the snaps is falling out and the rest look as though it's just a matter of time. The wool is tearing and weakening.

Is there anything I can do to repair this WAHM's? Those of you that sew dipes? I've only taken careful care of these. This is the natural one, but I have two others. I've been using them for two months now. I don't know what to do. If the snaps come out which one is already, how do I fix this? Can I do anything if the wool is damaged?

PLEASE offer suggestions. These aren't inexpensive covers. I thought they'd last longer. I hope someone can offer help!

Do you have any wool that you can patch where it's weakening and then reapply the snaps? Right now that's the only thing I can think of. Maybe ask someone, I'm sure lots of mamas would be willing to check it out and see if they could help

If you got them new, contact the place where you bought them from. The snaps have a 6 month guarantee.
