Yeah - I would try to have my flat pre-folded.

I'm planning on doing this anyway for my husband's sake and for the daycare workers. No idea which folds would be best for this, though.

I Want to be sold on flats so bad. I have been to the extent of maybe sewing them into perma adjustable pad folds -- I just can't see doing all that folding.... I can't imagine I would keep up with it.

Pad folding now takes me just a few sec.. I used to prep all of them by folding them ahead of time but now I just fold them as I need them... I wouldn't sew them though. One of the great things about flats is that they are only one layer and get clean and dry so fast and easy...

I'd say just keep at it knowing that with time it will get really easy and fast thing to do. And when pad folding you don't have to get it perfect since it's just getting put into a cover or stuffed in a pocket.
