I am browsing through the endless pages on ravelry, but would love too see what ones are your favorite!! (decided to make these as a gift for someone)

Thinking about something with a simple cable?...

Re: Favorite fingerless gloves pattern?

I've done Fetching with Elann Superwash and with Elann Incense, and Cold Turkey with Knit Picks Swish. I love both patterns--Cold Turkey especially seemed like it would be really nice and warm (I made them for my mom, and she loves them). I have a pair of Fetching for myself and they're nice and cozy.

(I don't have the links handy but you can find them on Rav.)

I really like Dashing. I knit it on the recommended yarn, but I am not quite done yet. It fits really well. http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/dashing

I also really like this pattern, though I haven't started it yet, it is totally in my queue

Re: Favorite fingerless gloves pattern?

Oh, I love the cable on my Rose Tyler wristwarmers (from the episode "Doomsday" on Doctor Who). I've made them 3 times from Christina Slattery's pattern. I used Cascade 220 yarn.

I really like the Maine Morning Mitts too. I made them with a 2x2 rib and put a simple cable on the back of the mitt.

On my finished project list, I have a pair called "Peekaboo." They don't have cables, but are really nice.

I LOVE the Princess Mitts. I have them in my queue, but haven't made them yet.

Good luck in your knitting! I'm meredithparker on ravelry too, if you'd like to add me. I would've added links, but since I'm fairly new...I can't. Not yet at least.

Thanks again ladies for your help! It seems there are so many on ravelry that I found some of these, but not all of them
