can I reuse this PUL

So I have some AIO's that I made with flannel insides and the flannel is shredding. SO i'm starting to take them apart and man did i sew them good, the PUL is tearing and has lots of needles holes of course. If I replace the inside will the PUL leak because of the holes? SHould I just salvage the small pieces and make other bags and forget about making them into pockets? Can I patch the holes (its only on the tabs) and actually remake these?

What are your experiences?

Re: can I reuse this PUL

COuld I make the pockets with FOE on the edges? That way I could trim down the edges that have all the holes and still have them big enough?
