I am unable to post pics in my posts, can someone tell me the proper way to do it?

Click on the image uploader and choose the pictures you want to upload. Then click under each picture you have uploaded, copy the link and then paste in the thread you want the picture to be in.

What do you do when it says the file is too large?

my file was too large too. i'm going to try copying the image code from snapfish here, let's see if it works

if the image is too large, resize it down. 500x500 pixels is a good size.
