HELP - Paypal refund!

Help quick! How do I issue a refund on paypal so that it also includes the paypal fees?
Here's what happened - A mama on here sent me paypal for $3 goodmamas, but she accidently sent the funds twice. SO, how do I issue her a refund of the full amount she sent without out both losing out on the paypal fees?

PP automatically refunds the fees, as long as it was payment for 'goods' and not personal... you can't refund personal.

How can you tell what it was?
How do I issue it as a refund? Is there a certain place to enter that instead of going to send funds as normal?

Go into the payment transaction, where it shows to print the label, there is a button that says REFUND, click that and put the amount she is owed and hit enter, it will refund it all including fees.

if fees were taken out, it wasn't sent as personal.
