what to do with smoked pork loin?

Someone gave us a package of smoked pork loin - what do I do with it?

Ha!
I've never had a package of smoked pork loin but DH did smoke one (the loin) on a whim at the beach one year. When it was done we had no clue, because it wasn't like reg cooked meat, so, we sliced it thin and the boys made sandwhiches out of it. The girls just turn up their noses...

Yeah we just sliced it and at some today! Not bad but I can't help feeling I'm missing its potential as in ingredient in some kind of dish...

we've used it in place of ham in split pea soup or just pulled it apart and added bbq sauce for pulled pork sandwiches.
