Christmas brunch?

I always make quiche, but I was thinking ham might be good too this year. Any suggestions for sides to go with these?

Re: Christmas brunch?

We have been doing brunch for Christmas for several years. Our menu is:
Ham
Crunchy French Toast
Baked Blueberry French Toast
Spinich Fetta quiche
and always some sort of potato -- after trying different hash browns things over the past few years, last year I fixed http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Honey-R...es/Detail.aspx And they were a hit -- and blend nicely with the honey into the brunch type food.

We also usually have a veggie tray, crackers, and we make homemade blueberry and strawberry syrup, and blackberry syrup.

I always make a french toast casserole and then have either ham or bacon and fruit salad.

Re: Christmas brunch?

Maybe some potatoes that you make in the oven so they aren't so hands one. And a coffee cake or muffins. I always end up making too much food for holidays but I always want people to have choices.
