you could try the tofutti brand sour cream (its called better than sour cream, although i dont totallly agree with that )

Could you maybe just add an extra can of soup? I assumed there was dairy in that, but thought you might have something you sub for it too, LOL

I sub soy yogurt for a lot of recipes that call for sour cream. So far so good!

Blend tofu, a little lemon juice, salt and olive oil in the blender. I makes great "sour cream". I use it on tacos and everything!
