Bread Maker Magic

So I borrowed my mom's bread maker hoping to save some money and make my own bread. I've have the bread maker for 3 months and finally made my first loaf of (honey wheat) bread last night . It came out great, but not really a bread I would make sandwiches for lunch with. I also made cinnamon rolls this morning (well just put them in the oven).

What else can I make in the bread maker? Would love to have some more recipes or ideas.

I use mine for pizza dough more then actual bread. There's a bunch of easy recipes on Hillbilly Housewife.

I use my bread maker for cinnamon buns, baguettes, dough pretzels, pizza dough and foccacia bread. I rarely use it to bake; I find that my bread tastes better baked in the oven but I use the machine to mix, knead, and rise.

Use the breadmaker to make the dough, then put it in a skinny loaf pan and rise and bake. My loaves come out much to dense for sandwich slices in the breadmaker, but if I just use the machine for the dough it comes out perfect.

out of curiosity...when do youtake the dough out and put it in the oven? how long should it stay in the oven & at what temp?

So is there any advantage to the bread maker at all then? Why not just use a food processor or stand mixer with dough hook?
