AF finally came back, 18 mths PD!

But hasn't made a recurrence... ? I was very regular before getting pregnant but I am now on day 35 since last AF. I really was hoping to have the year of "me" and not get pg till the end of this year.

So the eternal question.. Is this normal? Should everything be back to my regular schedule. I am still nursing about 5-6 time per 24 hours. I am trying to wait and not run out and buy a test. I hate wasting the money

sooooooo jealous! i'm almost 9 months without PPAF! woot!

i don't know if buying a PG test yet is the answer. first of all, it depends on how much you nurse your kiddo. for some moms, it's completly normal to have a long period of no AF. and even if you were like clockwork before, you've had a kid so it will take time for your body to get back into the swing of things, especially if you've just gotten your period back. i use FAM and it was pretty normal for me to have like 35-40 day cycles, so don't sweat it. i'd wait another week or two to test.
