pocket--which side to sew PUL on for inner fabric to turn out?
I hope that make sense...if I make a pocket diaper, and sew the leg elastic in the seam allowance, which side (PUL or suedecloth) should be up to ensure than when the diaper is turned right side out, the suedecloth will roll to the outside to prevent wicking?

You should sew the elastic onto the PUL side (shiny side of PUL up). this helps the PUL roll in

Re: pocket--which side to sew PUL on for inner fabric to turn out?
I'm a little confused...so do I sew the elastic to the opposite side to the one I want to roll out? I thought the rule was for natural fabric inners (like AIOs) to have the inner roll in (so sew the elastic to the PUL side?), and for wicking fabric inners (suedecloth, microfleece) to have the inner roll out (so sew the elastic to the wicking fabric side). Do I have that right?

Re: pocket--which side to sew PUL on for inner fabric to turn out?
I'd heard you want it the PUL to roll in to prevent wicking. Some people do it rolled out with a stay dry fabric, but it can cause wicking. It's more of a personal preference from what I've heard.
