I'm trying to join the shutterbugs forum. How do I know if I've been approved? Does it just show up in my list of forums, or do I get a pm or something?

Sorry if this is a dumb question...

If it's been a few days, then you can PM one of the group leaders (the mods that are listed in your Group Memberships application) to see what the status is of your application.

When you're approved, it'll show up as a subforum in Off Topic.
