I know if anybody can help it will be you ladies
Okay so the thing I need help with is for a snack idea. My daughter will be having her birthday this week so I am going to bring in something special for the class. I would like healthy but will consider anything at this point. They have been studying sea life for the past couple of weeks so I am trying to go with that theme. I have come up with cutting string cheese to look like octopus and maybe some cupcakes decorated with blue frosting and fish with graham cracker crumbs for the sand. I was thinking celery with pb with triangle crackers sticking up to look like boat sails. Anybody got any creative ideas for fish themed, ocean themed snacks?

Re: I know if anybody can help it will be you ladies
What about using small, clear plastic cups and using the graham crackers for the bed, blue jello for the ocean, and candy/pineapple fish swimming around inside?
Fishing rods - pretzel sticks w/peanut butter on the end and a small cup of gold fish crackers for each kid. They dip the stick in and 'fish' for the crackers. I've made meringue islands before - they can be a bit of work, but are so cute! ![]() The meringue is baked and then set on top of a small ring of jello. Insert those long rolled cookies for tree trunks and add mint leaves on top with a bit of icing. We added a little bit of fruit down on the 'ground' to give it some color (and also because it was pirate night here - that was the booty!) but you can dress it up any way you like.

Cute ideas. I had thought of the fishing for crackers too. Keep the ideas coming
