Non-Vax Friendly Doctor Near Pasadena?

We recently moved here to Texas from out of state. My boys are on Medicaid, I had to choose a plan and PCP over the Holidays, so I didn't get a chance to call around and interview Doctors. I needed to take my older son in earlier this week and learned that the doctor we chose at random as the PCP will not see my children since we don't vaccinate. So.... If anyone can help me save the time of calling around and trying to find a Doctor who will see my un-vaccinated children I would appreciate it. My younger son is on the Community Health Choice plan, my older son is on traditional Medicaid and not required to have a plan and PCP because he's qualified through receiving SSI, however, I want to find a Doctor who will accept Community Health Choice so both my boys, and the new baby I'm pregnant with will all be able to see the same Doctor. Pediatrician or Family Doctor is fine. I'm in Pasadena, so preferably a Doctor within a 30 min. drive or so. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

Thank you so much for your input! I looked and he doesn't take the Medicaid plan my younger son is on, Community Health Choice, but it looks like he takes Amerigroup, if he's as good as you say he is it would totally be worth the trouble to get his plan change. My older son has traditional Medicaid and isn't required to be on a plan. I'm planning on having my newest baby at a birth center but have a history of preterm labor and may end up having to have him in a hospital, so you know if this Doctor would come for a new baby in the hospital?

I really appreciate the info, called that Doctor and was told he won't see patients under the age of 6 though =( So.... anyone else know of anyone? I thought I'd found a Doctor who would work for us, wasn't going to make an issue on vaccinating, but turns out we don't see eye to eye in regards to breastfeeding AT ALL, not going to work....

Ok, I vaccinate on schedule, so I don't know a name, but Dr. Seria at Texas Women's woud know. Texas Women's is by where you turn to go into Bayshore emergency. He's the only Dr. I know who is open to VBACs. Call and ask!

We delay and selectively vax. I use Dr. Stroupe at Pearland Pediatrics and I've never had a problem. We've talked several times about dd still nursing and she is on board. She has been very proactive for my daughter. Calling and hounding dd's specialist. I adore Dr. Stroupe.

Dr. Kalia at Naussa Bay Pediatrics is recommended on Mothering. Dr. Injac is also recommended a lot. I'm not familiar with the part of Houston he's in.

Thank You! Do you know if Dr. Stroupe accepts Medicaid? And if so, which specific plans?
