weakness, shakiness, dizziness, extreme fatigue during pregnancy?

I've had this with both pregnancies. I've always been assured its normal, told to avoid hot showers, and drink more water.

Odd, I've had these same severe symptoms in both my early pregnancies along with extreme nausea, low blood pressure, etc. Both times I've been tested (TSH minimum, don't think they tested free T4s and T3s) and come back fine, even though my identical twin sister has been diagnosed with hypothyroidism for over 2 years now.
