Question Paypal question

I just sold some covers and the person sent me the paypal payment, only she must have checked the gift box instead of the goods box, because it didn't charge me any fee. What should I do? Cancel the order and try to have her redo it? Can that be done? Or should I just let it go this time and let her know what to do next time?
Just want to do the right thing


Also, do I need to explain to people to check the "goods" box every time I sell?? Or shouldn't they know that from reading the stickies? This person is brand-new to DS.

You can simply refund the payment and send her a PM asking her to pay marking "goods". I think when you go into your pp account, and click on "details" of the transaction, there should be a button there that allows you to refund.
