I forgot to mention I just got a custom royal buns (13.95 with free shipping code). It's very well made and I think would be good for night time as the crotch is quite wide. The elastic is also tight so you get a good fit around the legs, especially with skinny legs. The only thing I would change, though, is to make the pocket opening wider to make stuffing easier.

I got aqua outer with dalmation inner, super cute and will be ordering more!

I know I may get some looks...but...I just bought a sm Blue Penguin Re-Uz'm for $6 (used) and it has no bells or whistles, and it works great!
