White Truffle Oil

I got some of this and am so excited but not sure the best way to use it. Do you have any recipes or how do you like to use this?

use sparingly :-)

drizzle over mushroom risotto
drizzle it over popcorn
drizzle it over pieces of toast
greens, candied walnuts, pears, a good soft cheese crumbled on top with salt pepper and truffle oil mixed with a little olive oil since you use it so sparingly (add an acid like lemon juice of fave vinegar if you'd like also)
you don't heat it really ... it's like walnut oil more of a condiment
