How to report Forum Spam?

well, someone filled up my inbox, but I'm getting hundreds of emails from DS telling me me my inbox is full. Ugh. I've black listed DS. I dont know what else to do.

I can't start new threads either? probably because I tried to change my contact/email info here?

PM the usernames to me or another mod and we'll ban them.
