He was born at 36 weeks it was a hard pregnancy, my heart goes out to you completely he was unable to breathe and I lay there with him for all of 2 seconds before they took him NICU thinking that was the only chance to see my son. His lung ruptured he couldn't breathe and they weren't sure if he would make it. He will be 2 April 24th!! Hang in there have hope and pray with all your love. I was so disconnected to him when he was first home because I was afraid he would leave. I realized a while after going through PPD that he IS here and to hold him every minute I could! Doctors and nurses as well as medicine has come a long way and they will do all they can, the rest is in gods hands.

I just read your blog :-)
Very good mama!!!! That is wonderful, I had to pump and he was fed cc's for 2weeks and when they finally let me hold him (tubes, surgery and things complicated me from holding my ds) I cried I am so happy for you and your little baby boy HUGS please tell him Angelina says "strong boy now and always!"

Dear Jesus,
Give this mommy your comfort. Hold her in the palm of Your hand. Help her to feel your love and peace this night. Protect her baby Lord. If it is Your will to take this child home to You, then I pray you will give her peace that surpasses understanding. We cannot understand when we are hurting. For the baby she has already lost, rock him to sleep in Your arms. Help her to know that his soul is with you. Help her to place this cross she carries at the foot of the cross You carried. Help us all to always be unified with Your pain as we feel our own. Help it bring us closer to heaven and closer to You. Amen

This is my friend's baby Summer, she was born when her mom was almost 5m. pregnant:

She was basically left to die. After the delivery the doctors gave Summer to her mom, and told her mom to hold her until she died.

But she didn't.

After 14 hours the doctors agreed to try to help her.
