What shoes are you wearing, pregnant mamas?

I'm 24weeks and I'm huge. I'm tired of doing the sumo wrestler moves to get my shoes on. I lived in flip flops last time but I need some ideas for something I can slip on easily and that's supportive and might last thru the swelling that I know is coming. So what are you loving?

I am mainly wearing flats...like ballet flats. I also have 2 pairs of basic style casual shoes that velcro that I wear...they are skechers. I can't do any heels right now at all and my boots won't go over my swollen ankles so those are out. There are some house slippers that almost look like ballet flats or shoes so maybe you could wear those...

I hate shoes, I hate - HATE - socks. Seriously, the only time I ever wear socks is if I am wearing sneakers for the gym or something, or if I'm wearing boots because it's super icy or snowy outside. Other than that I wear ballet flats or flip flops.

If you're looking for support and ease of use, I'd recommend Crocs or something. I use to wear crocs for work (as a CNA, then as a doula) because I was on my feet for 12-16 hours a day. My legs would be tired by the end of the day, but my feet would feet GREAT, lol. They actually have some super cute style crocs now (like the Mary-Janes) that are cute and supportive HTHs!

I just made myself a pair of OBV shoes w/ leather soles that I am completely in love with & living in. (It has been raining for a week and I am still using them) lol.

If you are looking for support I recommend UGG brand. Boots will be comfy enough for swollen feet & the flat slipper/clogs are perfect for sliping feet into. I also lived in Borns in my past pregnancies..

When I was as far along as you are, I wore flats and yes, I hate socks, too, but I'm currently wearing Converse and they are SUPER comfy!! I can no longer wear my mary janes due to the strap over the top of the foot or really any slip on shoe that I was once able to wear. It's gotta be adjustable like a tennis shoe or something. Plus, I'm 36 weeks.

Uggs. It's usually too cold for anything else so I just stick with them.

CROCS!!! seriously...i live in them! even though its snowy out I just put on socks with them and wear them out. i'm 40 weeks preggo and I dont really care what people think when they see it. They are nice and comfy and I don't have to bend down to tie them or whatever

At this point all I am wearing is slip-on merrells. It is snowy here so I need something warm and with good grip, but my hips hurt too bad to bend down to tie lace, so these are all I can wear!

Crocs are not the most stylish maybe but they do have great support. I loved them when I worked as an RN in the hospital. Uggs may be comfy but they have NO support....they hurt my feet after long periods even when I'm not pregnant!

I second this. They are dressy enough for work and casual enough for everyday and the rubber soles mean I won't slip and fall.
