"snappiable" diapers...

How in the world do you guys get a snappi to stay on these? I've tried so many times, with a few different diapers, and I cannot get a snappi into the knit, bamboo, etc. enough to hold. I keep seeing pics of babes in them SNAPPIED and I'm jealous

I have to put my hand behind the fabric to make the snappi grab it well enough. Some times it takes a couple of tries though.

maybe you're not pulling the snappi tight enough? I know I sometimes i don't get the crotch one tight enough and it comes undone.

I agree with putting your hand behind the fabric. Make sure all the teeth are grabbing the fabric.

That said, as much as I love our snappiable diapers and flats and prefolds, my issue is wing droop. Depending on how wide the belly panel is, after 30-60minutes of wear they start to droop. DS ends up wear a diaper with the back wings wrapped around the front, but the rise/belly handing way down so all his belly is exposed. It's hard to describe but it looks ridiculous lol. I ended up adding snaps to my custom made snappiable dipes because of this :-(

I never mastered snappies with prefolds, I love pins. Do pins work well with snappiable fitteds?

Pins work well but can leave pin holes.
