Papaya salsa???

I got a jar of this as a gift. I opened it the other night and had a few on tortilla chips. It was OK, but we can't eat a whole jar by just dipping. Any suggestions for using it up in a meal? As a marinade or sauce for chicken or fish maybe??

Re: Papaya salsa???

I have had a peach salsa (which I am assuming would be similar) and I could eat the whole thing on a spoon...lol. But if I had to pair it with something else, definitely fish would be a good choice. I dont eat chicken but I guess that would be another idea!

I don't care for papaya, but I love mango salsa with fish tacos or shrimp tacos. (they are similar enough that it should work well )
