pain in pubic bone and hips

I'm having alot of ligament pain in my pubic bone and hips. Has anyone tried a support belt for this, and if so did it help? What kind did you get?

I had the same thing...I went to a chiropractor that was trained in the webster technique..2 days later my pain was gone!

i have to go to my chiro every week or so.. i have sever hip/pubic bone pain in pg.. dansko's also have helped a lot.. as far as a support belt when it gets bad and i'm just in my house i put dh's belt around my hips to kind of squeeze them together..

I tried a belly bra when I was preggo with DD. as a nurse I work 12 hour shifts often on my feet so I thought his may help.....I found it more annoying then anything!!

I agree with the chiropractor suggestion!

I too have severe hip pain and never though of seeing a chiropractor for it. Although now I only have a few weeks left maybe I can wait it out. It is odd though as this is my third child and never had this before.

I did both a belt and a chiro. It is common to have those pains in your subs pregnancies esp when they are closely spaced. Good luck mama!

My ob gave me a support belt and that helped immensely.

I am on board with the Chiro familiar with Webster's. My hips felt great after I started going to him.
