cotton fleece

So my local store has a variety of cotton fleece blends. The higher the % synthetic of course the more stretch it tends to have. What I have has been working fine for mama cloth, not so flat wraps, flip liners etc, but I want to make some more fitteds and wanted something with more stretch. So, what do you all think is a safe % of synthetic (I'm assuming poly) to have in the fabric without problem? As high as 30%? No more than 10? It's fairly pricey, although no shipping, so I'd rather get it in one shot with a coupon than buy a bit and test then go back.

Re: cotton fleece

i'd go with less than 10%...the bamboo/cotton/poly blends i've seen are usually only like 2-3% poly. pluss, the less poly the more absorbent it would be so the more bang for your buck

Re: cotton fleece

The higher the amount of synthetic the less absorbency you have. 80/20 cotton blends I've used absorb and stretch, I wouldn't go any higher on the synthetic myself.
