Which sitand stand to get?

So we will be looking at getting a sit and stand once the baby arrives. Ben will be 3 1/2 and loves to walk but sometimes a stroller is required. So which sit and stands do you love and hate and why. Thanks!
TRU here carries the
baby trend LX $199.99
Joovy Caboose $249.99
Joovy Ultralight $329.99
Joovy ergo $$499.99

Re: Which sitand stand to get?

I have had the ultralight for a couple of years now and I've really enjoyed it The parent organizer that comes with it is a must have, the storage is ample, it's easy to push (even with close to 70 lbs of kids), and easy to fold and transport. I can't really think of anything bad to say about it.

I would suggest you look at ebay for one though instead of TRU. You can get a ultralight new for around $200

Re: Which sitand stand to get?

I really like my mia moda compagno. I use it with my 10 month old and 6yo. The front seat has a nice recline. The bench seat in the back is a nice size and holds up to 45lbs. My boys are 20 1/2lbs and 41lbs and it pushes and steers like a dream over all surfaces. The only cons are that is heavy and it's hard to access the large storage basket underneath.

Oh and it fit our infant seat (graco safe seat) great.

That one looks really nice,
I had a sit n stand LX it felt a bit long, when I pushed it around with the car seat on the front, but it did work well.
I'd go to the store if theres one near you and try them out with your older child on the jump seat and standing on the board.
Mine barely fit in the trunk of my car, so make sure it'll fit in yours too.
With kids on mine was hard to access the basket underneath too.

I have the caboose and like it. I have a black infant seat for the front and bought the all caboose so, it looks really cool...for a stroller. LOL!

Re: Which sitand stand to get?

I haven't tried any, but have heard much better things about the Joovy than the Baby Trend

We've found we've made better use out of an umbrella stroller for Erik and carrier for Maddie, and have had the option of putting Maddie in the single stroller if Erik wants to walk. Or use the stroller for shopping bags LOL.

Re: Which sitand stand to get?

Thanks Rae! I liked the joozy was a little shorter the the babytrend, but really liked the ease of movemnt of the babytrend better. In the end I think I will just get a single jogging stroller with a good recline, then either can ride in it. if Ben gets tired and wants to sleep I can just wear the baby. I really doubt I will use the sit and stand enough to make it worth my while, LOL.
