did your DC re-act to Purex F&C?

im not sure if it is because my DS pooped his diaper in the night and sat in it for a while or if it is because i switched to purex F&C. he doesnt poop his diaper and in the rare circumstances where he does, it is right before we get him up. this time it looked like it had been sitting a little while longer.

do you think he is rashy because of the poop or because of the detergent switch? his bum is full of little dotty like rash.
thanks!

My guess would be the poop did it, but this might be one of those wait and see things where you won't know until you've used some more of the dipes washed in purex f&c.

Re: did your DC re-act to Purex F&C?

It is probably the poop. My DS has REACTED TO EVERY SINGLE OTHER (sorry Ds touched caps lock) detergent except Purex F & C.

No reactions to the detergent here either. My DS also has a pretty awful rash right now, also due to poop! Of course, it doesn't help that we're all sick.

Interesting you posted this. Sage hasn't had a rash since switching to cloth. Monday I started using Purex F&C instead of Sun F&C. Wednesday she got a rash and still has it.

I've switched detergents a billion times on DD and she's never reacted to any. but if I leave ANY poo on her for any time at all, she gets a rash.
