I'll try that too! She had some prune juice this morning and went a little with no crying & was still playing with her toys, so hopefully this will work!

Another thing you can try is pure'd (spelling) prunes rather than juice. You won't have all that extra sugar and it should work better. My dd loves fresh blended prunes.

Ya, DH picked up Prune Juice yesterday & its 100% juice but I hate having the kids drink juice so i am going to the get FRESH prunes, peaches & pears for the kids! DS love fruits & hopefully it will help DD!

If you are still having problems after using the above suggestions,

Please try a chriopractor. We had huge problems with ds and the chiro was the thing to get him moving and stay moving

What works for us is giving dd things like oatmeal or shreaded wheat cereal(Frosted or non-frosted). Ofcoarse dd is known for going twice a day.
I would think anything with fiber would work.
I think the rule is age plus 5 for how much fiber per day for kids. Someone can correct me if i am wrong.
