Thirsties Duo Wrap - Snap vs Aplix?

I want to get another thirstie cover but I'm not sure if I should get aplix or snaps. I prefer snaps but I'm concerned I might not get as good of a fit with it. Does anyone have action shots of both the snap and the aplix? Which one do you find to be the better fit? TIA!

I think you get a slightly better fit with the aplix, but I still like the snap for other reasons. The snaps are great at night time for holding in 'bowling ball butt' - whereas the aplix can come undone from all the 'weight' of the diapers. Snaps are also great for the normal reasons - babe can't get them off, easier to wash, etc...

I'm an aplix girl. I can't ever get as good of a fit with snaps as I can with aplix.

DS 2 (I'm guessing) is around 12 lbs now. Do you have any action shots in/around that size?

I really prefer the aplix. I have had no issues with Thirsties aplix durability (unlike some other brands), and you can definitely get a better fit with aplix. Plus, this is just an anesthetic thing, but all the snaps on the snap version just get overwhelming for me. I personally think they're a bit ugly... it just ends up looking like SO many snaps what with the rise adjustments too.

I generally prefer the aplix for better fit, but the fuzzy side of the aplix on my Duos seems to be so "hairy" that it can be hard to separate the tab from it. Not a deal-breaker, just annoying. The fuzzy side of the regular thirsties doesn't seem to be like this.

I would go for the aplix too, the fit will be better.
