Vitex users (ttc)

Any of you who have used vitex/chasteberry to help regulate your cycles, how quickly did it work for you?
I've been taking it 2x a day for 10 days now, and now starting to see the beginning signs Ovulation is nearing....I'll be amazed if I have a normal cycle this month!

I took it for a few months and never noticed any change in my cycles..

Vitex has great benefits, but i try not to use it.
I get better results from Red Raspberry Leaf Tea and natural progesterone cream.

I used it for 3 mths and it worked perfect. AF came every mth and I ovulated all the 3 times. Then on the 4th mth it stoppped working. I upped the dose and still nothing. I stopped using it and AF came back.

A few mths ago I started it again but had to stop it because I was bleeding for 3 mths. Don't know what happened there. DR thought it was my Metifornmin and had nothing to do with the vitex.

Do you take it the whole cycle oronly until you ovulate?

why do you try not to use it? And what brand of that stuff are you using???

Well this being my 1st cycle I was gonna take it until a few days after O then start up again if af starts. It says on the bottle do not take it if pg
