is Johnson's Cornstarch baby powder CD safe?

Title says it all. Is it safe to use Johnson's cornstarch baby powder with cloth diapers? Will it leave a residue or cause build up issues etc?

I've used store brand Baby Cornstarch powder stuff with no issues. Johnson's should also not cause any problems, though I'm assuming and you know what happens when one assumes.

I use it and don't have a problem. If you are unsure, use a little on a diaper you don't love that much and see what happens...I use charlies or rockin green and do not have a problem with powder residue or anything. So I guess it comes out in the wash.

Try regular corn starch...seems safer but I don't see why either would be harmful. Just don't overdo it

I used J&J when ds2 was smaller and never had any issues with my diapers.

I've had issues using it with diapers that have a synthetic top layer. It gets pasty when the urine first hits it and we've had leaks because of it, but it always washes out in the first wash and never left a residue. I'vd never had problems using it with natural fiber diapers.
