Ok a little back ground.... My dad, myself and my 3 kiddo do Mountain man rendezvous, we had one this weekend and so here a couple of pics of my handsome little man.... I just couldnt resist



Talk about crunchy... we live totally 1800s..... It is SO much fun my kids love it and it is really relaxing to get away!

My BFF's family used to do those all the time and they loved it! I loved the costumes. We do Renaissance Faires (did one this weekend in fact), and also love to get out and play a part of history

Hehe I have a TON! I have to get them uploaded to my laptop,... You would fit right in alot of hte Ren fair stuff is innerchangable with the rendevou stuff you should try one..... so much fun! It is nice to know Im not crazy Ill be back to share more when I upload....

I went to one western event for a friends wedding and it was so much fun, I actually have been thinking of looking in going to a rendevous they sound like a lot of fun. Though I need a better outfit, at the last event I was a lady of loose virtue, since I only seemed to have period undergarmments haha! I never wore so much to look so cheap

I am in So Cal, I have to admit I can make a skirt with no issues, but sleeves scare me! I hope you share more pics, kids especially in garb are the cutest!!
